A well-established and locally loved venue in Fremantle is seeking a driven and experienced Venue Manager to lead its front-of-house operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, leadership, and building great team culture in a vibrant and community-focused environment.

The role:

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the ongoing success of the venue. From managing the team to enhancing the guest experience, you’ll work closely with the owners and kitchen team to ensure the venue continues to thrive.

Key responsability:

Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staff rosters, service quality, and venue presentation.
Manage budgets, cost control, and end-of-day reports.
Ensure full compliance with RSA and workplace safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Build a strong, positive, and professional team culture.

About you:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service standards.
Skilled in staff management, rostering, and basic financial oversight.
Hands-on and proactive leadership style.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
RSA certification required.
