Salary: Level 3–4 (depending on experience) + accommodation and benefits included
Type: Casual / Full-Time (Live-on Role)
Start Date: Immediate or upon availability
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Bar Supervisor to join our team on Rottnest Island. This is an ideal opportunity for 2nd Working Holiday Visa makers looking to extend their stay in Australia (minimum 6-month commitment required), and a great step for someone looking to grow their hospitality career in a unique and beautiful location.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise bar operations and support the team during service.
Control stock levels, assist with stocktakes, and help organise bar layout and procedures.
Ensure compliance with RSA and workplace health and safety standards.
Support training of junior staff and maintain high service standards.
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Handle customer feedback and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
About You:
At least 2 years of bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.
Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
Able to manage stock and ordering processes with attention to detail.
Organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
Must be able to commit to a minimum 6-month contract
