ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Established Hospitality Venue - Perth Inner Suburbs, WA

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000/year, with progression up to $90,000 - $95,000 Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate or upon availability

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a well-established and busy hospitality venue in Perth’s inner suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and owners, taking an active role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, with the opportunity to progress into a Restaurant Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily front-of-house operations.

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high service standards.

• Assist with staff training, rostering and supervision.

• Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience throughout service.

• Assist with stock management, ordering and general operational duties.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Maintain venue standards and ensure compliance with RSA and workplace procedures.
  

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisory, assistant management or restaurant management role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Hands-on, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.

• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

• RSA certification required.
