ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER & FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals for a boutique hotel in Darwin, Northern Territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a team in one of Australia's most vibrant and tropical cities.

Positions Available:

• Rooms Division Manager

• Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Darwin, NT

Salary: $95,000–$100,000 per annum + super

Type: Full-Time

Visa Sponsorship: Available for the right candidate

Start Date: Immediate or upon availability

About the Venue:

This boutique hotel offers a unique blend of modern comfort and tropical charm. Surrounded by lush gardens and featuring refreshing pools, the hotel provides an urban oasis in the heart of Darwin.

Key Responsibilities:

Rooms Division Manager:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.

• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by maintaining efficient and effective operations.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the Rooms Division.

• Lead, train, and develop a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service.

• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  

Food & Beverage Manager:

• Manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality and service excellence.

• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team.

• Monitor and control budgets, costs, and financial performance of the F&B department.

• Recruit, train, and lead a team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  
  

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in hotel management softwares and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
