Location: Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, Perth Western Suburbs

Salary: Approx. $75,000/year

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate or upon availability

About the Role:

We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a strong background in grilling. You’ll be responsible for managing the grill section, maintaining high food quality, and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a memorable Italian dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the grill section during service.

• Ensure all dishes meet high standards.

• Support the team and mentor junior staff.

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a CDP role.

• Passion for Italian cuisine and grilling techniques.

• Strong work ethic and team spirit.
